Inside Sales Representative – Sign-on Bonus

• Represent a growing company by connecting with new and existing customers to generate sales, provide updates, process orders, and complete the sales process.
• Engage with customers regarding their questions on orders, installations, or repairs
• Assist customers with pricing and quotes
• Write up customer orders and follow through the entire sales process
• Record payments
• Monday-Friday Work Schedule, 7:00 am - 4:30 pm

We are looking for an Inside Sales Representative to help our team generate sales and to ensure excellent customer service. We need someone who will continue our reputation for providing fast, fair & friendly service.

Our Ideal Inside Sales Representative:

• Experienced: Previous experience with sales or sales support in a construction-related industry is a plus.
• Computer Skills: Comfortable with Microsoft Office Products (Excel and Word). QuickBooks experience is helpful.
• Great Communicator: Must be able to communicate effectively & clearly with customers and coworkers in person, on the phone, and via email.
• People-Oriented: Sincere, friendly & able to relate easily to customers.
• Attention to Detail: Strong ability to listen carefully & record orders accurately.
• Team Player: Works well in a collaborative setting. Is socially aware and accommodates those with whom you interact & work. Have a warm & welcoming personality.
